"We", "us" and "our" refer to GTJones and Co. "You" and "Your" refer to the customer who is placing the order with us.
By placing an order you confirm that you accept the following terms and conditions.
Products
Management reserve the right to alter product prices, specification and availability at any time.
Every effort has been made to display correct product description and specification, however this could differ from goods supplied.
Every effort is made to keep information regarding stock availability up to date on our website, however we cannot guarantee that items listed are in stock. If an order is placed for an unavailable item we will notify you, and provide a new estimated delivery time. If we are unable to provide an item we will contact you to discuss a possible replacement/substitute. In the event that no replacement/substitute is available or you do not wish to take it a refund will be issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are suitable for your application.
Any item that fails within 12 months of purchase will be replaced or rectified providing the damage/failure is a genuine product fault and has not been caused by accident or misuse. You must read any manuals and follow any safety, fitting or care instructions provided.
Delivery
Date and Costs involved will be discussed at time of initial correspondence.
Details of delivery charges will appear at the time of order, before payment is requested.
Delivery times are approximate.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and any inconvenience this may cause.
You should let us know as soon as possible if you do not receive your order within one week of any estimated delivery date we give you.
After receiving an order it is your responsibility to check that it is complete. You should notify us immediately on receiving the goods of any discrepancy.
Any loss or damage to the goods that occurs after they have been delivered to you will be your responsibility.
Payment
Accepted methods of payment are shown on the relevant section of our website.
All orders are invoiced in UK Pounds Sterling
All product prices are shown excluding VAT. Standard rate VAT is added to final invoice.
A VAT invoice will be dispatched with the goods.
Orders from countries outside the EU will be zero-rated as long as the goods are delivered to an address outside of the EU.
Any customs or import duties for overseas orders are your responsibility.
Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must contact us via email or telephone with details of the order you wish to cancel. A full refund or credit will be issued for the order, providing the following conditions are met:
i) Goods must be returned in same condition as received.
ii) You must arrange return of unwanted goods at your own cost. Carriage will only be reimbursed if item is faulty or damaged.
Your right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or personalized in any way.
Should you receive any goods from us that are faulty or damaged you must notify us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to arrange return of damaged item(s) to us and cost of carriage will be reimbursed. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent as soon as practical. If damaged or faulty goods are not returned to us within 30 days we may still charge you for items or for cost of recovering items ourselves.
General
We reserve the right to decline any order.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address, contact name and phone number for any correspondence.
English law applies to these terms and conditions.
